On March 12: you’ll receive an email or text with your bid number and table number (keep your notifications on so you don’t miss out on your information!)
Upon arrival: You’ll have the opportunity to register your credit card to use for UWLC games and raffles. Pre-registering your card or registering at the event is the only way to use your credit card for UWLC activities at Celebrity Server. Skip the line and pre-register here – your information is only used for the 2026 Celebrity Server and will not be saved.
If your card is pre-registered or you plan to use cash – feel free to head in and find your table! Your server will have your pre-purchased raffle bundles and more details on the day; if your table does not have a server, your items will be on your table.
- Pre-purchase raffle bundles: Buy your raffle ticket bundles in advance for the best deals. Ticket sales will close at 10a Thursday, March 12. Each bundle includes bonus raffle ticket entries and a savings compared with buying them in the room. - Pre-register your credit card: Pre-registering your credit card lets you skip the line and get right into the fun and activities! This is the only way to use your card for UWLC activities at Celebrity Server – your card will not be saved. Log in to your account in the top right corner of the Celebrity Server page and follow the prompts.
- Attire: Come in your St. Patrick’s Day best – grab your green or find a fun costume! We will have a costume contest for the best-dressed guest! (No glitter or confetti, please!)
- Activities: We will have a variety of raffles and activities – all UWLC activities can only be paid with cash or with your registered credit card. We’ll have our popular Wheelbarrow of Booze, Wine Pull, Regular and Premier Raffles, 50/50, Slot Machine, Heads & Tails Beads Game, and more.
- Bar: There will be a bar available. Bar purchases can only be made with your credit card. No cash and no bidder numbers will be accepted.
- Lunch: We have a buffet lunch this year. There will be gluten-free options in the buffet.
- Parking: There is parking in the back of the hotel. The only entrance to the event is through the main LaMalfa entrance – there is no entrance through the hotel. Please consider carpooling with our friends and colleagues due to the facility's ongoing construction project.
- Tipping your server: Help your server earn this year’s ShamROCK Star Award – your tips can put them over the top!
- What are we supporting: Your raffle purchases, tips, and donations help United Way of Lake County make an impact in the community through direct service, including our Feed Lake County program that gives non-perishable food donations to more than 40 Lake County pantries, and through direct giving to more than 25 Lake County nonprofit programs. You can make a donation to Feed Lake County on the check-out page when you pre-purchase bundles!
