A Code Blue will be called should any one or all of the following criteria be met and declared by the NOAA (forecast.weather.gov-search by zip code)
• A winter storm warning in effect ( not necessarily a Lake Effect Storm warning)
• Temperatures of 10 degrees or below
• A windchill of 0 degrees or below
