Bring Financial Wellness to Your Workplace
A stronger workforce starts with financial wellness
An estimated 25% of Lake County residents get up and go to work every day, but still struggle to make ends meet. Our goal is to make financial wellness support accessible to working individuals and families at their place of employment. Many do not know how to:
- Create a budget that actually works
- Manage debt and credit
- Build emergency savings
- Understand workplace benefits
- Save for retirement and the future
- Find help with food, housing, transportation or other basic needs
- Navigate a financial challenge before it becomes a crisis
