Tina M. Ludwig, Northeast Regional Liaison, Auditor of State Keith Faber
Tina Ludwig serves as the Northeast Regional Liaison for Ohio Auditor of State Keith Faber. In this role, she works with local governments, schools, and community leaders across eight Northeast Ohio counties, serving as a resource and point of contact for the Auditor’s Office. She works closely with local officials to help connect them with information and resources available through the Auditor’s Office.
Judge Mark J. Bartolotta, Lake County Probate Court
Judge Mark J. Bartolotta graduated from The University of Akron in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He graduated from Cleveland- Marshall College of Law in 1992 with his Juris Doctorate degree. In the fall of 1992, Judge Bartolotta was hired at the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office. While there, he worked as a trial attorney in the civil, juvenile, and criminal divisions for over twenty years. During the last ten years of his service with the prosecutor’s office, Judge Bartolotta was the Major Felony Prosecutor. In that capacity, he was responsible for bringing to justice the most violent, heinous criminals in the county. His typical caseload included murders, rapes, robberies, burglaries, drug trafficking, and white collar crime. In September 2013, Governor John Kasich appointed Judge Bartolotta to the bench of the Lake County Probate Court. In November 2014, Judge Bartolotta was elected by the citizens of Lake County to retain his position as Judge of the Lake County Probate Court. In 2020, he was re-elected to that bench where he still currently serves.
Officer Dan Radigan of the Mentor Police Department
For over three decades, Officer Dan Radigan has embodied the highest ideals of public service, building a distinguished career in law enforcement that began in 1995. At the start of his career, Dan served as a corrections officer with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, a police officer for the Mentor-on-the-Lake Police Department, and Madison Township Police Department. In addition, Dan served as a part-time detective with the Lake MetroParks. Dan returned to Mentor in 2003 and joined the Mentor Police Department, where he has served as a police officer, detective, and crime prevention/recruiting officer. As a detective, Dan worked on various types of investigations but spent his last five years in the detective bureau specializing in sexual assaults and ICAC investigations.
Connie Brocone, LSW, Community Outreach Social Worker, Lake County Council on Aging
Connie Brocone has dedicated more than 43 years to serving older adults in a variety of professional roles. A Licensed Social Worker for 33 years, she currently serves as the Community Outreach Social Worker for the Lake County Council on Aging, helping connect seniors and their families with important resources, education, and support. Connie is also a member of the Lake County Medical Reserve Corps and serves as Treasurer of the Association of Specialists in Aging (ASA). Her decades of experience and commitment to the senior community bring a valuable perspective to issues affecting older adults and their families.
