Meet Yoga Instructor JoAnn Dunlap

JoAnn Dunlap-Yoga Instuctor Headshot

The overall benefits of yoga led JoAnn to want to share this practice with others. She received 250 hours of vinyasa yoga training through Aura Wellness Center and has taught for 10 years. She began instructing yoga at the Painesville YMCA and currently teaches at Mystic Yoga Tribe in Mentor where all levels are welcome. For JoAnn, yoga is about balancing strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. It is a process that takes practice and commitment and is beneficial to the mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to teaching yoga, JoAnn works as a full time Speech-Language Pathologist for Madison Local Schools.
