About our Instructor Kristina Ambrosia

Meet Kristina – with a K. Writer. Yogini. Creativity Midwife (she helps birth ideas, not babies.) Connector of Dots. Activity and event curator. Magic maker.

Kristina believes yoga invites you to be everything and nothing. It is strength and surrender. It is both intensely personal - a coming home to yourself, and beautifully communal – connecting practitioners through their breath and bodies. Kristina sees yoga as a creative practice, a paradox, and a prayer.

Her favorite poses are the big heart openers like heroes and wild thing (no shocker there). The artist and romantic in her can’t help but love that the Sanskirt name for wild thing translates to “unfolding of the raptured heart.”

Off her mat, you can find her playing mom to one of the coolest, kindest little humans around, cozied up with a book and a lavender latte, and traveling anywhere and everywhere, including many outings to Playhouse Square.

You can get to know her better at kristinaambrosia.com (IG: k_ambrosia5 FB: Kristina Ambrosia)
