The Donato Foundation's core business has always been about helping people. In 2003, Michael Donato founded Just In Time Staffing in a small, three-room office above the IGA in Perry, Ohio. The company's focus is helping people find jobs. The organization feels they have been blessed over the past eighteen years as they have grown from humble beginnings, to become the second largest employer in Lake County. They now have a dozen branches in three states and have placed more than 50,000 people in meaningful jobs. Just in Time Staffing believes it is now time to start giving back and recently formed The Donato Foundation as a means of impacting the communities they serve. The Donato Foundation believes United Way of Lake County is one of the best ways to help people and has partnered with us as their first official means of giving back.
