Doctor Senz has been teaching fitness classes for the past twenty years and often lectures on nutrition and healthy cooking. Doctor Senz received her Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. She then furthered her expertise by completing a Fellowship in Chiropractic Pediatrics and the certification classes from the International Chiropractic Association's Council on Wellness Science. In 1998 Dr. Senz opened her private practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. She then moved her practice, Family Chiropractic (DBA Options Chiropractic) to Painesville, Ohio to be near family.
