Women's Leadership Council to host informational breakfast discussing financial futures

April 9, 2015 - Mentor, OH -Women's Leadership Council will host an informational breakfast on May 6 at 7:30 a.m. at Pine Ridge Country Club.


Susan Paolo, Association Vice President - Investment Officer of Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC will host a guided discussion about taking control of your financial future. The conversation will educate and empower women to make wise financial decisions for today and for their retirement.


The event includes networking and a membership registration session. Admission is $35 for guests and $5 for members of United Way of Lake County's Women's Leadership Council. Proceeds from the breakfast will go to Women's Leadership Council grant program, which will distribute funds to agency programs helping women in the community.


United Way of Lake County and a core group of volunteers developed the Women's Leadership Council to positively impact the lives of women through the philanthropic efforts of giving, advocating and volunteering. 


An annual membership fee applies.  Women's Leadership Council asks the women leaders in our community to make a contribution of $250 to help advance the mission.  These dollars will help make the community stronger by supporting those who need it most, while having the opportunity to work together, lifting each other higher.
